Welcome to our FAQ section! Here, we've compiled a list of our most commonly asked questions about our party promotion and venue services. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a large event, we are here to make your big day one to remember. How do I book your services?Booking our services is easy! You can click the Book Our Services tab at the top and fill out the form. If you'd prefer to book over the phone, then we can do that too! Our friendly representatives would be glad to help you plan the perfect event.
is included in the venue?Our venues comes with tables, chairs, and decor of your choosing! The decor includes table cloths, chair covers, plates and cutlery. You are welcome to bring any additional decor to really make the venue the way you want it. We also offer Dj services, photobooths, catering, and promotion services for an additional fee. Please take a look at the Additional Services page for a full breakdown on all that we offer.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?We offer a very diverse catering service such as Seafood, Asian inspired food, and soulfood, just to name a few. Please, take a look at our catering service page for a full list of our offerings. However, if our services don't interest you, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
Is parking available at the venue(s)?All of our venues come with ample parking spaces. Each venue also has a gate and security officer to ensure you and your guests safety. No one will be getting in without a valid invitation.
What is your cancellation policy?We know life happens and things can throw a wrench in our plans. Tha is why we offer a generous cancellation policy. We offer free cancellation if you cancel within one week (7 days) of the event.Cancelling any day after that will in a forfeit of your payment.
Can I schedule a tour of the venue?Certainly! Just give us a call and we can set up a tour.
Are there any restrictions on music or entertainment?The venue is yours to make your your during your event. You can have any type of music and entertainment you need. As long as it doesn't result in any property damages, you will have free reign on all the entertainment. But befor you go paying for an expensive dj, We do offer a dj at all of our venues! For an addition fee of course.
Is there a deposit required to book our services?We do require a 50% deposit for all of our services. This deposit will secure your dates and services.
Do you offer event coordination services?Yes, when you pay the required deposit, you will be assigned a cordinator that you can contact for any questions or concerns you may have. This cordinator will be in contact with you the whole time leading up to your event.
How far in advancer should I book your services?We reccommend booking at least 2 months in advance. Especially if booking during the summer or spring seasons.
